We provide flow control solutions to start/stop the flow, modulate the flow, control the flow, change direction, regulate pressure, protect piping systems and filter debris.
In accordance with its ISO 9001 certification the company operates a Quality Management System that incorporates quality procedures at all stages of the supply process including the sourcing of materials, design, manufacture, delivery and installation.
All valves are designed, produced and certified to the most widely accepted international standards. Our total quality control system is designed to assure that every step from material procurement through machining, assembly, testing and packaging meet our main goal – Always exceeding the expectations of our customer
At every level of the organization, across every region of the globe, each employee carries the responsibility and the authority to prevent defective products from reaching customers. We take this responsibility very seriously and demonstrate our commitment through a rigorous internal training program, continuous supplier monitoring, and compliance with all legislative, regulatory, and customer requirements
The Quality Management System is set out in a Integrated Management System and detailed in Quality Procedures. To further the quality aims of The Flow Control Group we have ensured that all employees understand and adhere to the requirements of the quality system. Employees undergo regular training to ensure the services they provide are of the highest standard. A full time Quality Manager oversees quality on a day to day basis and reports directly into the Group General Manager.
The Business recognises that genuine commitment to understanding the present and future needs of its customers is essential to the achievements of those objectives and thus continually strives to ensure that the needs and reasonable expectations of the customer are realised in the quality of products and services it provides.
The quality management system administered by Flow Control is administered by the General Manager and Quality Manager. Between them they ensure that quality is paramount in the delivery of services to customers.
Audit of the quality system takes the form of internal and external audits. Internal audits are carried out according to a programme set out in the quality management system. To enable internal quality audits to be carried out a number of employees have qualified as internal quality auditors.
The Quality Management System is subject to periodic review by the board of directors to ensure continuous improvement. In carrying out the review the board reviews the current management system, the operations of the business and the environment in which the business operates including all legislative provisions and current best practice. In addition, the quality management system provides for reactive review if any matter affecting the system arises. If following a planned or reactive review any provision of the system needs amending this will be amended by the Management Team.
The Quality Management System is also subject to external review by auditors and certifying bodies. If advice is received that the system needs amending and it is demonstrated that these amendments will lead to an improvement in the quality of the business amendments will be made to the system.
