Gate Globe Check Valves
The Flow Control Group supply a complete range of Gate, Globe and Check Valves for a wide range of applications in the oil and gas sectors.
The specification and selection of a valve and its operating protocols is essential to the optimum performance of any valve. The Flow Control team have the knowledge and expertise to identify the correct valve for the desired application.
Our Gate, Globe & Check range includes carbon steel, stainless steel and alloy steel materials with trims available according to the API standard. End connections are screwed, butt weld, socket weld or flanged.
Additional information
| Check valves | Also called non-return valves, check valves are useful because they only allow the flow of fluid or gas one way. Cast and forged construction in stainless steel, carbon steel materials, with various trims to suit any applications. Pressure Classes form ANSI 150 – 2500, in sizes ranging from ½” to 24” (Subject to Design / Material) Available Design variations include, Piston, Ball, Swing & Wafer Types. |

| Globe Valves | Are used where throttling and shut off are required. Close throttling can lead to altered velocities, this leads to excessive noise and vibration which can damage the valve or piping system. Cast and forged construction in stainless steel, carbon steel materials, with various trims to suit any applications. Pressure Classes form ANSI 150 – 1500, in sizes ranging from ½” to 12” (Subject to Design / Material) |
| Gate Valves | Also known as a sluice valve, a gate valve obstructs the flow of a fluid through pipework in order to obstruct it. Gate Valves are the most commonly used shut-off valve in the industry today. We can supply the full range of SHELL approved valves includes forged Gate, Globe, and Check valves sizes 1/2″ to 2″ class 800 & 150 – 2500 Cast and forged construction in stainless steel, carbon steel materials, with various trims to suit any applications. Pressure Classes form ANSI 150 – 2500, in sizes ranging from ½” to 24” (Subject to Design / Material) |
